Your Transformation Plan will come with a how-to-guide and multiple short video tutorials on how to use your plan.

Each plan offers the option to structure your nutrition for training days or non-training days. You simply pick the plan that fits your schedule/programming. The food amounts listed on the plan are already laid out for you by us, you don’t have to plug anything in! All you have to do is pick the foods you like, measure the amounts, and eat to reach your goals! Each plan comes with a video tutorial guide on how to use your plan.
How long can I use my weight loss plan?
We do NOT recommend dieting longer than 2 months without supervised support. After which you will want to go through a 1-2 month recovery diet to establish maintenance and let your new body weight stabilize. If you are new to dieting, we highly recommend that you use our 1-on-1 coaching instead of our diet templates to implement the recovery diet phase properly.
Confirmation emails are sent out shortly after your order is completed. Within 6 hours following your personal plan will be sent out via email. Please be sure to check your spam, promotions, or updates folder as sometimes our emails are sent there.
The transformation templates are a “do it yourself” program that we offer with zero 1-on-1 interaction with our Transformation coaches. For this reason, the templates are not for those with diabetes, thyroid conditions, pregnant, breastfeeding, a history of diagnosed eating disorders or any other metabolic or digestive tract related diseases (including gastric bypass surgery). Special conditions like that require direct consultation with a professional. Our staff can help with most special medical conditions, but not all medical conditions. You can schedule a complimentary consultation HERE to get clarity on the best approach for you.
Great question, the answer is we do not do that. We give a template with a list of food options and the amounts. Telling clients exactly which foods to eat is not a good strategy for diet compliance. The template approach is proven way more effective, with thousands of clients around the world. The list of food options gives clients the ultimate flexibility to choose their favorite foods from the list provided.
Yes, we are always striving to improve the quality of our products. Periodically, that means we will release newer and improved versions of the templates. Purchasing a prior version of the templates does not result in receiving an updated version, it would require an additional purchase.
No, the templates come as easy to print PDF files. Printing the templates is the responsibility of the user.
