The Transformation Project

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This policy explains what Coaching Biz Manager Corp, trading as The Transformation Project ("we", "us", "our"), collects from you, why, and what we do with it.

It applies to every website, funnel, tool, calculator, app, and digital product we operate, including transformationproj.com.

1. What we collect

When you use one of our tools or calculators, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your age, gender, height, current weight and goal weight
  • Your activity level and training history
  • A self-description of your body composition
  • Your hormonal stage (for example, regular cycles, perimenopause, menopause)
  • Whether you use certain medications, including GLP-1 medications
  • Other health, dietary, or fitness information a specific tool asks for

Some of that is health information, and we treat it that way.

Things like your hormonal stage and your medication use are sensitive. We only ask when the answer genuinely changes the result we give you, and leaving it out would mean giving you a worse one.

We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. We never send it to Meta, Google, or any other advertising platform. We use it to produce your result, to personalise the emails we send you, and for nothing else.

When you buy something:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • What you bought, when, and for how much
  • Payment confirmation from our processor. We never see or store your card number.

When you contact us: whatever you put in the message, plus your contact details, so we can help you and keep a record of it.

Automatically, when you visit:

  • IP address, browser, and device type
  • Which pages you looked at, and how you got here
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see section 5)

2. Why we collect it

  • To give you what you asked for. Tool inputs exist to produce your result.
  • To deliver what you bought, and to help you if it doesn't arrive.
  • To email and text you about your order, and about our products if you haven't opted out.
  • To run the business. Fraud prevention, accounting, support, and understanding what's working.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the business run:

  • Our payment processor, to take payment
  • Our CRM and messaging provider, to store your record and send your email and SMS
  • Advertising platforms, for measurement only. We send your email address and first name, in hashed form, so a platform can tell whether an ad led to a purchase. We never send your health information, your weight, your medication use, or your hormonal status to any advertising platform.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as you have an active relationship with us, and after that only as long as we need it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 7).

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to make the site work, to remember things like an offer deadline, and to measure whether our advertising is doing anything. That includes advertising pixels, which use cookies to attribute an ad to a purchase.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

6. How we protect it

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Get a copy in a portable format
  • Object to us using it for marketing
  • Withdraw consent for us to process your health information

Email [email protected] and we'll do it. We won't treat you any differently for asking.

California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Washington and Nevada residents: you have specific rights over consumer health data, including the right to withdraw consent and to have it deleted. Email us and we'll action it.

8. Email and SMS

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from.

If you gave us a phone number, we may text you about your order. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Children

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. If we materially change how we handle your health information, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
