These terms govern everything you buy from, and everything you use that belongs to, Coaching Biz Manager Corp, trading as The Transformation Project ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to every website, funnel, tool, and digital product we operate, including transformationproj.com.
By using our tools or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them and don't buy.
We sell digital products. Depending on the offer, that may include recipe collections, nutrition and training guides, workout and exercise programs, meal plans, calculators and tools, courses, video content, software or app access, memberships, and downloadable resources.
Everything we sell is digital. There is no physical product and nothing will be shipped to you.
Access is delivered to the email address you give us at checkout, usually within minutes. You are responsible for giving us a working email address and for checking your spam and promotions folders. Where a product is delivered as a download, it is your responsibility to save the files.
We offer free tools, including calculators. They are provided as-is, for general information. We give no warranty that any output is accurate, complete, or suitable for you, and we may change or withdraw a free tool at any time.
Any number a calculator gives you is an estimate produced by a general formula. It is not a prescription, and it knows nothing about your medical history.
Read this part properly. It matters more than anything else here.
Everything we publish or sell, including our calculators, recipes, meal plans, guides, and training programs, is for general information and education only. It is not medical advice, not nutritional counselling, not personal training, and not a diagnosis or treatment for anything.
We are not doctors, dietitians, or licensed healthcare or fitness professionals, and nothing we give you creates a clinical, therapeutic, or coaching relationship of any kind.
Nutrition. Calorie and macronutrient targets from our tools are estimates based on population-level formulas. They are not tailored to your medical history, your medication, your bloodwork, or any condition you have.
Exercise. Physical activity carries a real risk of injury. Our training content is general and is not adapted to your body, your history, or any injury or limitation you have. If an exercise causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop.
Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing how you eat or how you train. This matters especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, have diabetes, thyroid, kidney, heart, or liver conditions, have any injury or musculoskeletal condition, or take any medication, including GLP-1 medications.
We make no promise about what will happen to your body. Any results, testimonials, reviews, or before-and-after images we show reflect the experience of specific individuals. They are not typical, not representative, and not promised to anyone else.
What you get out of this depends on things entirely outside our control: your consistency, your starting point, your genetics, your health, your sleep, your stress, and how much of it you actually do.
We sell you information and tools. We do not sell you an outcome.
When you buy from us you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product for your own private, non-commercial use. That's it. You are buying access, not ownership.
You may not:
We own all copyright and intellectual property in everything we publish and sell. Buying a copy transfers none of it to you. If you breach this section we may revoke your access without a refund, and pursue any remedy available to us.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Once you have access, we can't take it back. You have had the product. Please be sure before you buy, and read the product description carefully.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content, and that you are waiving any right of withdrawal or cancellation you might otherwise have had.
Where we will always help. If you didn't receive what you bought, if a link doesn't work, if a file won't open, if you can't log in, or if you were charged twice or in error, email [email protected] and we will fix it.
A delivery problem is not a refund request, and we will always fix a delivery problem. If you think you were charged in error, please contact us before contacting your bank. We would much rather sort it out directly, and we can usually do it the same day.
Some of our products may be sold on a recurring basis. Where they are:
Prices are in US dollars. Promotional prices are genuinely time-limited, and the price does return to the stated regular price when the promotion ends. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already completed.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see, store, or handle your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to the payment provider's terms.
Charges appear on your statement as {{ STATEMENT_DESCRIPTOR }}.
Our products are for adults. You must be at least 18 to buy from us or use our tools. We do not knowingly sell to, or collect information from, anyone under 18.
Don't attempt to break into, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer our sites, tools, or products. Don't use them for anything unlawful. Don't abuse our support team. We may suspend or terminate access, without a refund, if you do.
We try to keep everything available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or tool. If we permanently discontinue a subscription product you are actively paying for, we will stop billing you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, tools, or content. That includes any injury, illness, or health outcome.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us.
Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
When you use our tools or buy from us, you agree to receive emails about your order and about our products. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email. You cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails about an order you placed.
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may text you about your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
